Oceanside is so very lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and gifted as Elizabeth
practicing locally. I benefited greatly from her skills with prenatal massage, it relieved my back ache and left me feeling wonderful. On my second visit, I was 12 days "overdue", and her pregnancy massage was calming and peaceful. Best of all, I went into labour within 24 hours! She incorporates aromatherapy into her massage practice to great effect, and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. ~ Krystal Cromptom, mama of 4.
What I love about Elizabeth's yoga classes is that she explains the muscles and their
functions. Her knowledge as a Registered Massage Therapist really compliments her work as a health educator, doula, and herbalist. Her experience leading women's circles
and sharing homesteading skills makes her a valuable resource on healthy living.
Most impressive of all, Elizabeth models self care effortlessly, giving us all a fine example of how to live a life of compassion toward one's self.

I have been enjoying yoga led by Elizabeth for many years. Her calm nature recharges the soul and nourishes the spirit. I have always really appreciated how her classes are geared for any level. The added bonus is that she is a Registered Massage Therapist, so you know with her vast knowledge of anatomy, you are in good hands. All this AND chocolate savasana and aromatherapy. Pure Bliss!!!

There were three people during my pregnancy that I couldn't have gotten
through it without. My partner, my midwife and Elizabeth. I worked until the
end of my pregnancy standing on my feet eight hours a day, and I couldn't have
gotten through it without my monthly massage appointments. I looked forward to
that feeling of weightlessness on her amazing pregnancy pillow and the touch of
her magic fingers. I didn't sleep well through the last few months but I could
be rest assured that after a massage with Elizabeth I would sleep sound. I
highly recommend to anyone that they should take an hour for themselves and
enjoy one of her massages, especially any mommas expecting. Take the time to
enjoy and relax she is a wealth of helpful calming information as well, if you
don't find your self in a state heavenly comatose unable to converse.
~Katy Johnson,
Just a quick update, I had a pregnancy massage with you on Thursday and my water broke the following day! I believe the massage had something to do with it as my last dr appointment sounded like labour was far away, and the dr was surprised at how well and fast everything progressed. By the time my contractions started, I was already 5cm dilated and was able to endure a drug free and quick (4hours) amazing birth of my daughter... Was an awesome choice coming to see you! So just wanted to share and say thank u for helping get things moving and helping me to relax and prepare for this amazing experience! -Rhea
